Six Week Beginners Course
starting
Saturday January 14th - 10am to 11 30am

Fencing is a a good way to improve your fitness, to loose weight, improve flexibility, agility and coordination and increase cardiovascular fitness.
This course is suitable for people of all ages and to start with, you don't need to be particullarly fit.
We have a fully equiped fencing salle, with electronic scoring equipment and individual electric fencing jackets and foils.
Our aim, even with beginners, is to have you 'fencing on the box' i.e. using the electric scoring equipment in the second or third week of your Beginner Fencing Course.
We supply all the fencing kit, all you need are trainers and tracksuit or jogging bottoms and there are changing rooms and showers at The Factory. It is a good idea to bring a bottle of water - fencing can be hot work.

Kick start your fencing with one to one lessons - all levels from Beginners to top level Competitive Fencers.
One to one lessons are the way to make real progress quickly. Fencing is like skiing or dancing, the better you get at it, the better it gets.
Whatever your motivation - having fun, increasing fitness, weight loss, becoming a club fencer or winning the National Championships, you will find one to one lessons a great way to fence.
Lessons at times to suit you - days, evenings and weekends.
